1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Executive Street Millionaires LLC, doing business as Executive Edge (“Executive Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of goexecutiveedge.com, our appointment and communication systems, consultations, programs, information, and related services.
By accessing the website, scheduling a review, submitting information, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with Executive Edge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
If a signed service agreement, proposal, order form, or program agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Executive Edge Services
Executive Edge provides services that may include credit enhancement and fundability strategy, credit and finance audits, aged shelf corporation strategy, capital acquisition support, lender or investor preparation and introductions, business acquisition and scaling advisory, financial engineering, client-acquisition systems, AI-supported growth systems, personal development, and executive coaching.
The availability, scope, timing, deliverables, eligibility requirements, and price of any service may vary. A website description is general information and does not itself create a professional-services relationship or obligation to perform a particular service.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the website or services for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and provide information on its behalf.
4. Reviews, Consultations, and Onboarding
Scheduling a review or consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a program, funding, credit improvement, a transaction, or any specific result. We may request information to evaluate fit, eligibility, conflicts, compliance requirements, and service needs.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We may pause or decline an engagement if required information is missing, appears inaccurate, presents a compliance concern, or falls outside our scope.
5. Credit Enhancement and Fundability Services
Credit-related services are designed to provide education, analysis, documentation support, and lawful strategies based on the information available. Executive Edge cannot remove accurate and verifiable negative information solely because it is unfavorable. Credit bureaus, creditors, furnishers, lenders, scoring-model providers, and government agencies are independent third parties whose actions and timelines we do not control.
You remain responsible for reviewing your credit reports, providing accurate documentation, maintaining accounts, making payments, monitoring correspondence, and complying with any client responsibilities stated in your service agreement. Nothing on this website replaces your rights under applicable consumer-credit laws.
6. Capital, Financing, and Acquisition Services
Executive Edge is not a bank and does not guarantee loans, credit lines, investment, lender approval, investor participation, acquisition opportunities, valuation, transaction completion, or specific terms. Financing and investment decisions are made independently by lenders, investors, sellers, buyers, and other third parties.
Introductions, preparation, strategy, or assistance do not constitute an offer to sell securities or a commitment to fund. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and obtaining independent legal, tax, accounting, investment, and financial advice before entering any financing, equity, acquisition, entity, or other transaction.
7. No Guarantees; Results Vary
We do not guarantee credit-score increases, deletions, funding amounts, interest rates, approvals, revenue, profitability, client acquisition, business growth, transaction outcomes, or timeframes. Testimonials, examples, projections, averages, and prior results are illustrative only and do not promise that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your starting position, participation, accuracy of information, market conditions, third-party decisions, legal requirements, and implementation.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, lawful, complete, and current information and documents.
- Use our services only for legitimate personal or business purposes.
- Review all documents and recommendations before relying on or submitting them.
- Protect account credentials and use approved secure channels for sensitive information.
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests needed to perform the services.
- Comply with applicable laws, contracts, lender rules, and third-party requirements.
- Obtain independent professional advice when appropriate.
You may not submit false records, create a false identity or entity history, misrepresent financial condition, or ask Executive Edge to participate in unlawful, deceptive, or misleading conduct.
9. Fees, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, subscriptions, cancellation rights, deliverables, and refund terms are provided at checkout or in the applicable service agreement. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for agreed amounts.
Unless a service agreement or applicable law states otherwise, fees earned for work already performed are non-refundable. Failure to participate, provide documents, attend meetings, or complete client responsibilities does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any legally required cancellation or refund right remains unaffected.
10. Electronic, Telephone, and SMS Communications
You consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and documents. If you separately consent to marketing calls or text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for assistance.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary non-marketing communications about an active inquiry, appointment, or service.
11. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, processes, frameworks, training, templates, reports, videos, software, and other materials—are owned by Executive Edge or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you solely for your own internal, lawful use. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, remove notices from, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without written permission.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and services may involve third-party platforms, credit bureaus, lenders, investors, creditors, furnishers, attorneys, accountants, payment processors, scheduling tools, analytics providers, or other professionals. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Executive Edge does not control and is not responsible for their availability, decisions, statements, security, content, fees, or performance.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe rights, commit fraud, misrepresent identity or authority, transmit malware, interfere with security, scrape or copy content at scale, gain unauthorized access, harass others, or promote unlawful financial or business activity.
14. Professional and Website Disclaimers
Executive Edge does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice through this website. General information, coaching, strategy, and educational materials should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results.
15. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Edge and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost revenue, profit, data, opportunity, financing, or goodwill; or third-party decisions arising from or related to the website or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Executive Edge for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event, or $100 if no fee was paid, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold Executive Edge harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, false or unauthorized information, or infringement of another party’s rights.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, material breach, unlawful conduct, security risks, abuse, conflicts, failure to cooperate, or legal requirements. Provisions that logically should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction where Executive Edge maintains its principal place of business. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking appropriate emergency or injunctive relief.
18. General Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of business operations.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
